Colloids and Surfaces - 2025

The V International scientific conference “Colloids and Surfaces-2025”

Instructions for Abstracts:

1.      The size of the abstract should not exceed 1 page. Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in Special Issue of the Chemical Bulletin of Kaznu.

2.      Page format - A4 (21x29, 7cm), portrait orientation.

3.      The report is typed in Microsoft Word in one of the following languages: Kazakh, Russian or English. Page setup: top margin - 2 cm, bottom margin - 2 cm, left - 2 cm, right 2 cm

4.      Font Times New Roman– 12 pt.

5.      Line spacing - single; paragraph - 1 cm; without headers and setting pages; the text is aligned to the width; no word wrap.

6.      References toliterature are given in square brackets in subsequent sequence in the text and summarized at the end of the paper.

7.      The format of the references should follow the rules of bibliographic records.

8.      Footnotes should be avoided.

9.      Graphic materials, pictures, tables, etc. used in the abstract should be numbered (if more than one) and refered to in the text.

10.   Graphic materials, pictures, tables, etc. used in the abstract must be additionally provided in JPG format.

11.   The abstract should include the following items:

          The name of the abstract is given in the center in the beginning of the document and written in capital bold letters. The name and surname of the author, place of work and name of the city are given in the center, single-spaced. The e-mail of the corresponding author is given in the next line. The text of the paper comes after single space. The references are given after single space at the end of the abstract.

          Please, provide the electronic version of the abstract (the file must be sent via this website, the name of the file must mention the surname of the first author).

          The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the publication of an abstract in case it does not meet the above given requirements or does not correspond to the main topics of the conference. The Organizing Committee will not edit the text of the abstract. Copies of reports on paper will not be returned.
